This policy explains how the Hairports by Burchin Aydin website collects and uses information when you visit or request an appointment. This page describes how the site works; it has not been reviewed as legal advice.

Information you provide

The appointment request form on the homepage asks for your full name, email address, the service you want and a preferred day and start time, which are required, and optionally a phone number and a message. We use this information to review your request and contact you to confirm, adjust or decline it. A request is not a confirmed booking.

Where your appointment request goes

When you submit a request, your details are stored in a PostgreSQL database used by this website, along with the time of submission and the status of the request. A notification containing your request details is sent to the business by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. The website does not send a confirmation email to you; the salon contacts you directly.

Earlier inquiries

Before appointment requests were introduced, the website used an inquiry form. Inquiries submitted that way may remain stored in the same PostgreSQL database, and their name, email, phone number and message, together with the website name and address, may have been forwarded to LocalSiteCreator, a service that routes website inquiries to the business.

Who can see it

Appointment requests and earlier inquiries can be viewed by authorized administrators of this website through a password protected area. Appointment notifications are processed by Resend, and earlier inquiries may have been processed by LocalSiteCreator, as described above.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A single essential session cookie is set only when an administrator signs in to the private administration area. Visitors browsing the public site do not receive it.

Embedded maps

Some pages, such as our service areas page, include an embedded Google Maps view. When that map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may collect information such as your IP address and set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Hosting logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to operate and secure the site.

Analytics

This website does not use analytics or tracking tools.

You can browse the website without submitting any information. If you have sent an appointment request or an earlier inquiry and would like to ask about your information, please call the salon at 561 343 9621.

We may update this policy when the website changes. The current version is always published on this page.
